There’s been a little bit of sentiment over the availability of this game by Gameloft, particularly to owners of iPod touch. The game, which was released on November 6, 2008 now includes drums in addition to the guitar. It comes with 17 worldwide hit tracks like “Beat It”, “In The Shadow” and “Rock You Like a Hurricane” and features impressive console-like 3D graphics and high-definition sound quality.
Reviews for the game are quite impressive, with tags like “Fantastic Music Game”, “Highly Addictive” and “This Games Rocks Up a Storm”.
It is stated very clearly in the App Store description that the game is currently not compatible with the iPod touch. It could be a mistake during submission of the game to Apple, or it could be that the game requires a certain feature only found in the iPhone. As for now, there is no answer.
