I’m Bad by Chicago rockers group, The Last Vegas is this week’s free Single of The Week download. This track features soaring, ragged vocals that fly up against big, nagging riffs that preen and pose in the best way possible. I’m Bad isn’t just about hard rock, its about great love for the great Cheap Trick through its insidiously catchy melodies featured in the chorus. Initial reviews are liking this track at best, so go grab it soon! I’m Bad is featured in the group’s single of the same name.
Next up is VOTA’s Hard to Believe, this week’s featured Discovery Download. VOTA is a Nebraska-based band who used to be known as Casting Pearls. Now sounding re-energised and re-focused, their self-titled debut album is brim with ideas and passion. Hard to Believe is a glossy, alt-rock stomper track, which finds middle ground between the Killers and Maroon 5. Check out the full album, VOTA if you fancy this free track.
Fans of Latin tracks, please check out Gianmarco’s Hasta Que Vuelvas Conmigo, this week’s Latin Single of The Week download. Abetted by a folk acoustic guitar that occasionally veers into flamenco-styled florishes, Gianmarco cries and croons thru his sweet yet romantic style. This one’s for the lovebirds.
