Mayhem has never been so pretty. iShoot, the App Store title that made it to the news in every corner of the world has just been updated to a version 2.0. And a version number of 2.0 means a major update, if you ask me.
iShoot 2.0 brings to you the following features:
- Online support: wireless network play for up to four devices – note that this is ad-hoc Wi-Fi and not infrastructure Wi-Fi as some of us might have wanted instead
- Music: yeah, the original release gives you boom, boom and more boom – iShoot now features professionally-composed background music
- Rule Editor: change the game and make it your advantage – decide how much health the tanks get, how much money to spend per round and which landscapes are enabled
- Weapon Editor: what else would you like to edit but the weapons – create, edit and delete weapones, tweak its damage ratio, selling price or create brand new weapons from scratch, it all depends on how imaginative you are
- iShoot Remixed: new rulesets with many more new weapons, designed to show off the power of the Rule Editor
- Random Weapons: a new basic type of weapon for use in the Weapons Editor, selects one of a number of different weapons when fired
- Skylance: the basic weapon used to create the “Great Wall” – turn off the “Create Dirt” option to get a vertical bar of energy that slices through the landscape leaving enemy tanks at the bottom of the giant hole
- lots of minor changes and fixes – nothing’s perfect, so this one’s pretty welcomed to say the least
Destroy more tanks (and more productivity) with iShoot 2.0.
