Hello everyone! It’s Tuesday again, so let’s head over to the freebies section of the iTunes Store to see what can we grab and not pay anything!

David Nail - Red LightDavid Nail starts this week’s lineup with Red Light, the Single of the Week download. Hailing from Missouri, David Nail has been releasing nothing but solid, no-frills country music since the year 2002. His blessings of a confident vocal style gives a little heartland sincerity to his poetic examinations of day-to-day. Red Light is a perfect example of his charms; instead of launching into a road-rage diatribe when stuck at a stoplight, Nail finds the simplicity and beauty of those passing by, crossing the street, and otherwise involved in this ritual. Granted, his whole world outside of this street corner is crashing down around him, but still — it’s a nice image. If you liked this track, then be sure to also check out Nail’s other single, I’m About to Come Alive.

Matias Aguayo - Bo JackNext is Matias Aguayo’s Discovery Download track, Bo Jack. Matias Aguayo, former Closer Musik maestro is responsible for this whimsical, jumpy creation. The electronic drumming provides an ’80s electro feel, while captivating, slurred vocals (reminiscent of “I Want Candy”) – and sounds panning from ear to ear – provide a slightly disorienting Doppler effect. Bo Jack is one of those tracks that will either get the party started or keep it going further. If you like the track, then check out the album, Bo Jack/Pitaya Frenesi.

Polbo - Te Quiero MuchoFans of Canción de la Semana, your free download this week is Polbo’s Te Quiero Mucho. Polbo, whose self-titled debut was nominate for a Latin Grammy award back in 2006 is back with Limonada. Te Quiero Mucho is a riotous sing-a-long that keeps the British Invasion influences on the band’s sleeves, but also shows a quirky angularity that gives Polbo a sound that’s hard to define yet easy to remember. Check out the full album Limonada, if you liked this free download.

Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears - SugarfootFinally, give this week’s free Music Video of the Week download a look. Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears is bringing their featured track, Sugarfoot free for everyone to download. The track is an old classic sound in a fresh new way. Don’t forget to also check out the album, Tell ‘Em What Your Name Is! where this song is featured. As usual, here’s the 30-second preview, hosted by our YouTube Channel.

Closing notes: As usual, the freebies mentioned here are sourced from the US iTunes Store and may not be available in iTunes Stores of other countries.
